Desk coaching & Phone Coaching
The best way to get your recruiters upskilled is to have a seasoned veteran sit by their side meticulously going through their processes and phone calls.

Through the desk coaching, we will be listening to live calls with candidates and clients, looking at how they plan their day and everything that goes into making a recruiter successful.

If you have calls recorded, we can book time to do pre-recorded call coaching sessions where we listen back to calls and look at what went well, what could be improved and create an action plan for calls moving forward.

New Training Academy - F2F
A proven academy schedule with an intense 3 weeks of training with day 1 being 99% classroom-based and the last day being 10% classroom.
Every week finishes with rigorous assessments where we grade the trainees and we get your consultants on the phones by day 3 with support from L&D.

In week 1 we cover all of the basics of recruitment and how to structure a sales call. By week 2 we cover all things business development related, as it's proven that getting consultants doing BD and being on the phone as quickly as possible increases the chances of them doing 360 deals sooner. It also stops people from creating internalized anxiety about 'big, bad, scary, BD!'. On their 3rd week, we finish the final stages of the recruitment cycle and run an assessment on all training to date.
